Utilising a modern, purpose-fitted and self-sufficient vehicle, there is no need to worry about power cables or any associated logistics - Cooper's Cafe2U can go anywhere from the middle of a city to a windy moor! This is ideal for many outdoor events such as picnics, festivals and weddings.
What do you need to know from an organiser in order to provide a comprehensive quote?
In order to provide a full quote I will need to know the quantity of drinks required, the duration of the event, the time for me and my van to be on site, the number of people in attendance, and if the guests will be paying individually or if the event organiser is footing the bill.
What advice would you give to a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Ensure the coffee bar provider is Barista trained, HACCP qualified, is fully insured for public liabilities and possess an in-date food hygiene rating from the EHO of their local council.
