What do you need to know from an organiser in order to provide a comprehensive quote?

To provide a suitable quote to a customer we need to know the date of the event and what type of event it is to be, the location is important for us especially whether it's an indoor or outdoor event. We like to have a good idea of how many people we will be serving and any special dietary needs.

What advice would you give to a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Coffee has fantastic magical powers, there is soo much below par Coffee on the market that when you see someone taste great tasting, fresh hand-roasted Coffee it truly puts a huge smile on their face.

My advice would be to truly understand where a provider's Coffee is sourced from. We use a Leeds based small family run Roaster and have built a great relationship in providing ethical Coffee and the relevant training to serve this consistently.

MOBILE TRAILER - Known as Coffee Veterans is a converted horsebox with a military theme. The look of the trailer would suit family events as it is visually interesting and appealing, offering Fresh Ground Barista Coffee, Hot Chocolate & Tea.
MOBILE COFFEE BAR - We have available Mobile Filter & Barista Coffee Equipment which would suit events on a smaller scale or indoor Corporate Events. The setup is un-branded so can be tailored to your companies needs

Please tell us about a booking you've had through Add to Event, how did it go? Would you recommend us to others?

We had a fantastic event this summer in West Yorkshire, as the Mobile Coffee Trailer has a strong Military feel it was well suited for the Yorkshire Wartime Experience. Serving Fresh Hand Roasted Barista Coffee to both the event participants and spectators alike.

The Coffee along with 'The Best Hot Chocolate' went down a real treat. We truly can't wait for the event next year.
