SmartCoffee Live provides an independently owned business that recognizes the importance of quality products and great customer service. Their aim is to provide your event visitors with the finest quality Fairtrade coffee complemented by a delightful range of muffins and biscuits.
What do you need to know from an organiser in order to provide a comprehensive quote?
To make quotes as accurate as possible we ideally need customers to supply the event date, location, a brief explanation of the event it self and the expected number of people attending.
We can then use our understanding of the event and our experience and expertise to do a bespoke quote.
What advice would you give to a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Be realistic, Things cost money and time, so budget accordingly cheap is not always best, do you want your clients or guests to just have instant coffee? Or the experience and taste of a well-crafted Barista style coffee.
Not everyone likes coffee, we know that, so think about the other offerings, tea, hot chocolate, even Slush Puppies for the children, all is available

What makes us so special?
Our Smart car is a simply cool car, and because of its size, it can fit just about anywhere! We don't need electric sockets, an external water supply or noisy generators - our cars are completely self-sufficient and operational within minutes of arriving at a venue
Please tell us about a booking you've had through Add to Event, how did it go? Would you recommend us to others?
We love events, of all sizes and shapes. Serving coffee when it's needed, in a field, car park wherever it might be.
Endure 24 Bramham Park, Leeds, what an event .. people love running and these people ran for 24 hours non stop. With the help of hot expresso coffee, we hit the spot even through the thunder storm. Throughout 36 hours we did not close and we had a lot of happy people.
