What do you need to know from an organiser in order to provide a comprehensive quote?
To provide a comprehensive quote we require a date, venue and number of guests. Then we need to know what type of event it is and what style they had in mind. Knowing all of this makes sure that we are suitable for their event.
What advice would you give to a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
It’s important that you trust your supplier. We hold face to face consultations in our home so you know we aren’t going anywhere. All of our contact details including address and numbers are on our website and we keep in contact with our clients regularly throughout the whole planning process. All our previous work can be seen on our website and Instagram page so you know if you’re vision will match our style.
