What do you need to know from an organiser in order to provide a comprehensive quote?
In order to provide you with a comprehensive quote for your event we would need the event date, location and type of event being hosted. An estimated or exact number of guests ideally. We would then provide you with a breakdown of our services and costs making the transaction pleasant and hassle-free.
What advice would you give to a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Research your vendors! Look at their work, social media platforms and feedback from previous customers. If you are still unsure whether to commit to a vendor ask if you can have more information or a sample size box to try beforehand.
Please tell us a little bit about how and why you started the business.
DBS started in 2018 after catering for a friend's bridal shower. We provided around 50 dessert cups in return for which we received amazing feedback. It gave me the push I needed to pursue this hobby. I wanted to provide a mobile dessert service with high-quality fresh ingredients and taste being the biggest focus. Three years on we are fully established with hundreds of return customers and corporate clients
