For me to provide a comprehensive quote I need the maximum of details from the organiser, if it's a themed event so I can provide a very bespoke experience, if specific diet then how may guests require a specific meal, if the oven and small equipment are available on-site, if buffet option would table be provided, if so how long are they...

What advice would you give to a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

To be open-minded about new flavours they have never tried as most of the time they are very happy with our choices.
Always ask for Terms and conditions from the supplier.
To give be flexible with the price and understand that looking for quality suppliers has a cost.

Please tell us a little bit about how and why you started the business.

Ohmycake Ltd started out of love and passion for nicely displayed and tasty fresh food.
My mom always used to prepare amazing dishes for guests that we would have at home and always experience new food combinations.
Once I knew I wanted to have my own catering business I've passed my french pastry diploma to learn and develop my creativity.
I love every single bit of this business, from creating a bespoke menu for each customer to designing my own website, providing the wow effect when customers see their buffet set up.

Please tell us about a booking you've had through Add to Event, how did it go? Would you recommend us to others?

I've had three bookings through Add to Event and They all went amazingly. It helped me reach out to a corporate type of client which is what I aim to focus on in the future.
The first booking was for a Tech company, their first networking event since the pandemic, I've made finger food to match their brand colour, so black and white buns they were all amazed by the singularity and quality of the food provided. The last booking has been a Xmas party for a Law firm and they had the chance to have our best seller tarts.
