What do you need to know from an organiser in order to provide a comprehensive quote?

For us to provide a comprehensive quote, we'd need as much detailed information about their event and requirements as possible. The Event Date/Times, Location/Venue, Ground Floor or Stairs, Number of guests attending affects the Size of Sound System and Lighting required to cover the venue. Any other special requirements or effects such as uplighting, photobooth, Smoke machine, Karaoke etc.

What advice would you give to a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Get an idea of the experience the provider has through photos and videos, how long they have been operating and importantly reviews from other clients/customers they've served before. Ask around if anyone you know has had experience dealing with the provider, and gather feedback for them.

Please tell us a little bit about how and why you started the business.

I love music, and so do most people. I love to entertain, which is another thing people love, entertainment. I have the knowledge and ability so I put it together and made a business I can offer others, not only do I really enjoy what I do, it makes others happy too. I love helping people, seeing people happy and having a great time from something I offer and that I'm good at.

Please tell us about a booking you've had through Add to Event, how did it go? Would you recommend us to others?

I've had 2 bookings through Add To Event, so far they are still pending and I'm yet to attend them. I'm new to Add To Event, but I think it's brilliant, the credit costs are very reasonable. I'm looking forward to receiving my First Reviews in the next couple of months once I've attended and played at the events.
