What do you need to know from an organiser in order to provide a comprehensive quote?
The type of event, when the event is, what you would require (including whether a singular supply or multiple hires), who the event is for and how many guests will be attending. Location of the event is also important. We cover up to a 200-mile radius.
What advice would you give to a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
When looking for a provider, check out the profile page, social media platforms, the website and reviews, this will tell you about how far the provider has gone to try to sell their product. Then ask about the process or procedure for the day of the event, this will give you an idea of how professionally run the event will be. Ask about the price and if this includes everything, with no extras on top. How many staff might attend the event and what type of equipment or vehicles might attend or be needed advance?

Pure Entertainment Group started in 2018 with a group of highly skilled entertainment professionals collaborating with their love of entertainment. The industry is forever growing and we love making your events spectacular and bespoke to every client. Whether your event big or small we can cater to your needs.
Please tell us about a booking you've had through Add to Event, how did it go? Would you recommend us to others?
We have had lots of bookings through Add to Event from joining in 2019. Our favourite booking would be a wedding party in Durham. We provided bespoke acrobats, live entertainment and decorated the wedding garden - linking this in with the couple's desired theme. We also sourced and organised face painters through Add to Event for this special day. Feedback was great, both by guests and by suppliers.
