MYcatering is a proven quality caterer. Working for the likes of Pfizer, ITV, Dr Martens and many, many weddings each year - we provide a bespoke service to each and every client. We have numerous 'funky' vehicles such as an Airstream fitted with a full kitchen and a VW with 8 beverage taps so there is little we can't do. Please just ask anything, no matter what it is! We're here to help.

What advice would you give to a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

When looking for a catering company - check out their history, their sub brands and ask questions. Chances are if they take ages to answer, then they are either unsure or happy to make you wait! Wouldn't want that on your big day!

Please tell us a little bit about how and why you started the business.

Owner Chris is a highly trained chef, specialising in pastries and the like. More recently, salads and a healthy lifestyle have taken the world by storm and our offshoot 'my salad box' was born. You can combine any of our businesses with your own ideas to create a service perfect for you.

Please tell us about a booking you've had through Add to Event, how did it go? Would you recommend us to others?

Last year we created a special menu for Wedstock - a beautiful wedding in Redhill Park. We created an entire cafe in the Airstream, from salads and grilled chicken buns to pies and puddings too. The Sun was shining, the guests were happy and we're off to Wedstock again this year!
