What do you need to know from an organiser in order to provide a comprehensive quote?

We would need to know the date of the event along with the type of venue and address . We would also need to know if the event is to be held outdoors or in the venue itself. Any special requirements from the customer including dietary requirements and the time of service so that we can compile a competitive quote are also key!

What advice would you give to a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Have a look at the feedback that a potential supplier has achieved. Take the time to view the potential supplier's website to get an indication of what they can provide. Enquire with the supplier as to what they can provide at the event or function along with any special requirements. If you talk to them directly you can soon get a feel if the person has a passion about what they do and can provide.

Please tell us a little bit about how and why you started the business.

Coolbox was initially created from our love of vintage vehicles along with our passion of hospitality and customer satisfaction. We have a real passion for what we do and provide. It has taken us 18 months to develop our products to the level that we wanted to achieve.

Please tell us about a booking you've had through Add to Event, how did it go? Would you recommend us to others?

We have had many bookings through Add to Event and so many of them were very memorable! Several spring to mind, like when we attended Northwest Auto Traders summer staff party and provided 400 of our frozen yogurts topped off with fresh fruit and indulgent toppings on a fabulously hot day. We have also been lucky enough to have been chosen to supply the staff at Maplin Electronics at their summer party and finally for very different reasons we have been a nominated supplier to the Cancer Research Race for Life 2016/2017 - all thanks to our exposure on the Add to Event site. We have also nominated friends and business associates who now use Add to Event.
