What do you need to know from an organiser in order to provide a comprehensive quote?

To enable us to provide an accurate and comprehensive quote to a customer, there are some vital bits of information we need. Starting off we need the date and ideally the timings, the venue and the type of event they are hosting and a brief explanation of their requirements. We would like to know the estimated guest numbers day/evening and whether the event is being held inside or out. With this information to hand we can give the customer a detailed and informative quotation based on their exact requirements.

The Jumping Jockey Bar is a luxury mobile bar business based in Buckinghamshire. I have spent my entire adult life employed in the events and hospitality industry, from working in private service, managing bars, restaurants, and prestigious events venues, to organising and co-ordinating in excess of 300 weddings and running my own successful event management and catering business. With the growth of outdoor events and the popularity of unique pop up bars, I decided to create my own, albeit with a luxury twist and added extra as standard within our hire fee.
The Jumping Jockey Bar offers an exceptional luxury mobile bar service combined with providing customers with first-class service from the initial enquiry right through to the conclusion of their event. Please tell us about a booking you've had through Add to Event, how did it go? Would you recommend us to others?

I would definitely recommend Add to Event to other businesses as it has been a good source of booking for us in a very short space of time. Sadly the coronavirus pandemic has impacted our industry and we have not yet been able to reveal our luxury horsebox bar to the world just yet. With a diary full of Summer bookings I will gladly update in due course.
