What do you need to know from an organiser in order to provide a comprehensive quote?
For The Hop & Hoof HQ to provide you with a comprehensive quote, we would require the following information- type of event the venue and location, is it an indoor or outdoor event, number of guests and the event timings. With this information we can provide you with a tailor-made package for your event.
What advice would you give to a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
To ensure you find the perfect bar, make sure the company you are hiring can suit the needs of your event. For example can the bar handle an event of your size? Will they tailor a bar to your requirements? e.g. more gins, local beer. Ask the company their bar prices as the last thing you want is for guests to be paying through the roof prices.
Please tell us a little bit about how and why you started the business.
The Hop & Hoof is a lovingly restored vintage style horsebox. Specifically tailored to be a mobile bar for Weddings, Corporate Events and Functions which adds a "bar with a difference" to any event. With over 30 years bar experience within The Hop & Hoof team we decided to take our own journey with this horse box and use our knowledge and expertise to create the best experience provide a stress free, fun but most of all quality experience
Please tell us about a booking you've had through Add to Event, how did it go? Would you recommend us to others?
Add To Event has given The Hop & Hoof a great booking platform. The last event we had for The Hop & Hoof was a wedding in Nottingham which couldn't have gone better. It was a really great day with over 150 guests in total. Our prosecco wall went down a storm on the day with the arriving guests and which in turn has given us another booking for 2020. We would definately recommend Add To Event as can only see them getting better and better.
