What do you need to know from an organiser in order to provide a comprehensive quote?
For Trotting Tipples to provide a comprehensive quote to a customer, ideally we need to know the event date, a brief explanation of the event taking place, estimated number of guests, venue location and drinks required at the event. From this information, we are able to use our expertise and create a fully bespoke service.
What advice would you give to a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
What type of bar are you offering as in a pop-up bar, converted vehicle? If specific drinks such as a Gin, best to ask the name of the Gins being served and tonics used to compliment these. Is ice available? Find out about their equipment as better equipment will mean better-tasting drinks served more efficiently.
Please tell us a little bit about how and why you started the business.
Trotting Tipples was created over a few drinks ourselves in the garden one summers day. We are two good friends with a passion for hospitality!
We enjoy creating a sociable and fun bespoke bar giving people the day of their dreams. We always intend on giving customers a 5-star service from start to finish.
