What do you need to know from an organiser in order to provide a comprehensive quote?
For us to provide a comprehensive quote, ideally we require the event date, a brief explanation of the type of event being hosted, the estimated number of guests and a potential venue, with confirmation that the bar is required outside (unfortunately we cannot meet requirements for an indoor bar at this time). If you require a TEN and would like us to sort this application for you, please also include this request.
What advice would you give to a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Firstly, ask the provider about the different drinks they have available and if there is any flexibility in the drinks provided. It's always good to know that the drinks are branded, of good quality, with competitive prices.

BBar19 Ltd mobile bar was born out of love for all things hospitality! The BBar team love a good party and pride themselves in providing the best service, helping people enjoy the best day they could wish for. Along with strong customer focus, safety and hygiene are really important to us. Looking after the environment is so important - we provide drinks served in biodegradable cups and paper straws.
