What do you need to know from an organiser in order to provide a comprehensive quote?
For us to provide comprehensive options and indicative pricing to our customers we need the event date, venue and theme details, and the number of guests expected with any key preferences, eg prosecco or cider.
What advice would you give to a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
The quickest way to check a supplier’s credentials is to verify them on social media. Limited visibility usually means it’s not their main focus. You want a provider that’s passionate about creating a memorable event for you and your loved ones… And you deserve it!

GinFizz, like many others, is a lockdown baby! ;) After a long corporate career, our founder, Charis decided to go back to her roots and do what she loves - help people! And what better way, than by helping others celebrate and commemorate life’s big moments! So she found a vintage horsebox in need of much TLC can it’s been lovingly transformed into what you see today - a classy, customisable mobile bar for hire!
Please tell us about a booking you've had through Add to Event, how did it go? Would you recommend us to others?
GinFizz is new to Add To Event, but it was recommended to us by a number of food & drink traders in our sector. Just today we attended a very successful food & artisan festival in Macclesfield with over 40 other exhibitors, and decided it was time to join in on the action! Today’s festival saw us tailor our bar menu to include Pimms & Lemonade - a summer classic! - alongside 25+ premium gins, prosecco, cider and soft drinks!
