There's no shortage of choice out there so you can afford to spend time asking the right questions to make sure you get just what you want. Here are a few tips to help you find the perfect match:
What does the hire cost? Most mobile bars will make their money from the drinks they sell. If you have enough guests there's every chance you could negotiate the hire charge to be completely free!
How many guests can you comfortably serve? There's nothing worse at a wedding than having to wait forever to get a drink, so make sure you ask the vendor how they plan to keep the queues down, especially if you have a lot of guests. Some vendors have more than one bar they can supply and you'll also want to know how many staff they'll be providing.
What type of drinks can you provide? Some mobile bars will be able to provide a full range of drinks, including draught beers & cider, cocktails and a wide selection of gins etc, whilst others may be more limited.
Can I see some photos? It's likely that there'll be a number of mobile bars available to you in your area so ask for some up to date photos to make sure you choose one that looks amazing! It's also worth asking what the vendor can do to fit in with any theme you might have.

'Your Bar' was created during lock-down with a vision to help people celebrate all those events that had to be postponed during the pandemic. It's been a miserable couple of years and we wanted to be a part of the nation celebrating the lifting of restrictions. Couples wanting to get married have suffered more than most with delay after delay and we imagined that many brides and grooms would end up struggling to get the venue of their choice. We felt that by creating a stunning, converted horsebox bar we'd be able to provide that Wow factor for weddings and other events that have been forced to think outside the box, making use of outdoor spaces and smaller venues that don't have their own bar. Our aim is to make sure our customers have the best time they possibly can, and the fact that we get an invite to so many celebrations makes this (probably) the best business in the world!
