What do you need to know from an organiser in order to provide a comprehensive quote?

For us to provide a comprehensive quote to any customer, ideally we need the event date, it would be useful if we know the type of event for example birthday, hen party, anniversary etc. as we can always make it special by doing something tailored to the event but it is entirely optional and won't prevent us quoting.
Other small points which can help us to be prepared would be whether the hot tub or gazebo will be going on grass or patio (however we tend to be prepared for both options anyway) as well as any external access to water or nearby hot water taps to help speed up the heating process of the tub for you

What advice would you give to a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Firstly I would suggest asking the provider if they have public liability (you may be surprised by the number of people who rent you hot tubs with no public liability), why chance it to save £5 or £10?
I would also ask what type of tubs they are renting (not all tubs are created equal in terms of reliability and experience) and not all tubs are the same size either. It is depressing in this business when people rent a tub they thought would be fine for 5 or 6 people only to see a small 3 person tub turn up.
Don't take it for granted that your tub comes with a gazebo whether with or without sides either, Again many people find out on the day that the tub didn't include one or that they didn't realise there was an option to hire one at the same time, and when this may be fine in the summer, you do get the picture if suddenly the weather is not as kind as you would have hoped.
Finally and most importantly be on the lookout to ensure you get new filters provided with your hire (not recycled ones) and that your tub has been provided with an adequate amount of chlorine (in whatever format) if nothing else I am sure you don't want your water turning green in a day.

Jason and Mike went for a drink and whilst realising there was not a lot of choice for hot tub hire in Berkshire. The concept was born.
Jason Brookes and Mike Sealy along with Theresa Sealy and Juliet Penney started BroSea Inc. to deliver high-quality service on September 1st, 2020.
Nearly 200 hot tub setups later we have grown and we have remained true to our family-driven ethos, which is the best form of advertising comes from delivering outstanding customer service and reliability, we always deliver far more than we promise and in a business where challenges are always bound to happen, we only get stronger and more experienced with every one of them, rain, extreme wind, snow, ice, frozen pipes, pumps, etc.

Please tell us about a booking you've had through Add to Event, how did it go? Would you recommend us to others?

We are relatively new to this platform and our success rate has already exceeded my expectations.
To date, the bookings have been quite varied but we really enjoyed delivering a hot tub experience to a young man for his 17th birthday which was a complete surprise and arranged quietly by his parents.
He loved it so much that we were blown away by his great pictures relaxing in the hot tub with Dad in the background grilling burgers, he was certainly the main man with his friends for sure.
