What do you need to know from an organiser in order to provide a comprehensive quote?

For the best, most accurate quote, we need to know what date range you require (our hires are Thursday to Sunday) and is your request for our standard or light up tub. The cost to upgrade your hire to our light up tub is just £20 extra and all hires include lights and gazebo.

What advice would you give to a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

We find that a common misconception is the time it takes to initially heat the hot tubs. They are NOT hot straight away.
Although it will be very cold, our tubs can be used as soon as they are set up and filled with water, however, they need on average 8-12 hours to reach maximum temperature once set up.
This is why we install on a Thursday, to allow it to heat up, ready for the weekend.
Once heated, our tubs reach 40 degrees and will stay at your chosen temperature for the duration of your hire, if used as instructed.

Please tell us a little bit about how and why you started the business.

We started Mr Bubbles Hot Tub Hire in early 2016 and now have 7 (2 of which are light up) tubs available to accommodate our growing demand. We wanted to offer something different and out of the ordinary without the big price tag.
Over the past (almost) 3 years, we've built a great customer base, with many returning customers, mostly by word of mouth and we are a big hit with parents hiring us for children's birthday parties. A big percentage of bookings are for our birthday package, which includes cakes, balloons, personalised decorations & a popcorn machine complete with corn, bags & flavour shakers.

Please tell us about a booking you've had through Add to Event, how did it go? Would you recommend us to others?

We've been using Add to Event from the very beginning, in fact, our very first hire was through using this platform. We have been given constant support and guidance every step of the way, helping our business to not only survive but grow.
