What do you need to know from an organiser in order to provide a comprehensive quote?
Where the event is and the type of event are the first things we need to know. Next, it's the number of guests this is for so we can determine the best type of hot tub and if there are any other requirements. We also need to know the type of surface and if there is easy access to power and water
What advice would you give to a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
When looking for a provider, check out the profile page, the website and reviews, this will tell you about how far the provider has gone to try to sell their product. Then ask about the process or procedure for the day of the event, this will give you an idea of how professionally the service will be run. Ask of the price and if this includes everything, with no extras on top. How long will the setup take etc. You should also ask about insurance and water treatments.
Please tell us a little bit about how and why you started the business.
I started my business as I wanted to provide a better service all round for hot tub hire. There aren't that many companies in my area that offer the service and so I wanted to be able to provide a range of tubs for all types of occasions.
