What do you need to know from an organiser in order to provide a comprehensive quote?
For Forest Bubbles to provide a quote to a customer we need to know how many people they would like using the hot tub at one time, the hiring dates (To & from), and if the property/venue has an outside tap and electrical sockets. We also need to know the type of access to their property (e.g side entrance or through the property)
What advice would you give to a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
We would recommend that the customers look carefully at the quotes they have been provided. Many providers exclude hidden fees that are excluded from the original quote. We also recommend that you check reviews and past jobs to ensure the supplier is able to deliver their promise and make your event special.
Please tell us a little bit about how and why you started the business.
ForestBubbles was set up after experiencing the pleasure of owning our own Hot Tub. We believe that everyone should have the opportunity to enjoy the experience of a Hot Tub without the upfront and ongoing monthly costs.
Please tell us about a booking you've had through Add to Event, how did it go? Would you recommend us to others?
Not yet had a booking through Add to Event as we are new to the platform but looking forward to our first booking soon.
