What do you need to know from an organiser in order to provide a comprehensive quote?

In order to provide a quote, we need to know what date the Hot Tub is required for and where the customer is located.
We like to know what to expect at the customer's location so would like to know if there is an outdoor tap, outdoor socket and a nearby drain. None of these is essential to the setup but we will need to work with the customer to figure out a solution.
Next will be the location of the Hot Tub, ideally on a patio but it can be on reasonably level grass, it can be situated on the decking in certain circumstances.
Also, we would like to be told if there are any garden access issues and if there are any parking issues.

Having seen how highly-priced other suppliers were we felt we could offer a better, more efficient service and cost-effective service.
We are a local, family-run business, enjoy immensely meeting new customers each week and love having a natter.

Add To Event is a fabulous platform. We get a huge amount of business from it and would recommend it to any event supplier.
Simply try it out to see it really does work.
We have had many bookings from Add To Event and have recommended them to quite a few other suppliers I have come across.
Each booking we have received has been from quality customers but we do have one stand-out booking which was a very late booking as the customer had been let down by another supplier. The customer could not thank us enough as we set up even though it was raining throughout. Hearing on collection how the birthday party went was a joy.
