Our advice would be to call the hirer and find out more about them and not just the business. As it's important to know who you're dealing your money with and do they sound genuine?
Why we say this? because frankly there are businesses out there that are only out to make money and not to look after their customers! We believe in building relationships and not our bank account! So don't be afraid to ask questions that may not seem ordinary.
Please tell us a little bit about how and why you started the business.
Hot Tub Hire UK came to life during the mid-year of 2020 (aks Lockdown). I am a DJ by trade and always wanted to offer hot tubs on hire as packages to my clients such as hen parties, stag dos, general get together or birthday parties. Since the pandemic had a huge negative impact I was on the verge of closing my DJ business down.
I always had the vision to grow the business and so I took all the last of savings out and put it all down in purchasing 5 hot tubs and this is where my HOT TUB HIRE UK business started and has been growing ever since.
