What do you need to know from an organiser in order to provide a comprehensive quote?

For us to provide a quote to a customer, all we need is the delivery postcode. If the customer wants to book with us, we then need to see an access video so we can confirm we can get one of our hot tubs into their garden. As our hot tubs are solid and come in one piece we have to check width & height restrictions, turns, steps etc. Once we have confirmed access is all ok, we take a few details and a refundable deposit and the customer is all booked in!

What advice would you give to a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

If we are fully booked and can't help the customer, we always stress to them about checking out other companies reviews before they book. We have been running for nearly 8 years and have had our fair share of customers who have booked with another company and paid in full upfront, but never received their hot tub or heard from the company again. We always encourage our customers to check out our reviews online, we have worked hard to build our reputation and want to show this off to any potential customer.

Please tell us a little bit about how and why you started the business.

South East Hot Tubs was started in April 2013 from our first hub in Essex. We have grown massively over the years and have branched out covering most of the South East. We started with portable hot tubs, and then a few years ago starting hiring the solid hot tubs we continue to use today. These type of hot tubs are very reliable and provide a luxury, relaxing hot tub experience.
We are very excited to be opening our second hub, based in Norfolk from March 2021. From there we will cover all of Suffolk, Norfolk & parts of Cambridgeshire.
