What do you need to know from an organiser in order to provide a comprehensive quote?

We need to know the size of the tub required, the date of the event, if the customer has the correct amount of space and if there is access to power and water. Where you'd like the tub to be placed so we can make sure its safe. We also need to know if you'd like any of our extras, lights, decorations etc.

What advice would you give to a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

We would recommend that you check what you are being quoted for, make sure your paying for what you want and not something the supplier wants you to have. Make sure that they have the correct insurance and are going to run through everything with you, such as chemical use etc. Cheap doesn't always mean good.

Please tell us a little bit about how and why you started the business.

We bought the hot tub hire business around 2 years ago and have gone from strength to strength. We have a passion for great service and quality, and will try our best to go out of our way to make sure the customer gets the best service possible. We see so many companies who may offer cheap prices, but cut corners on safety and service - it's not something we do.

Please tell us about a booking you've had through Add to Event, how did it go? Would you recommend us to others?

We've done a lot of bookings through Add to Event and they have all been fantastic. We would definitely recommend it. Our biggest success has come from holiday lets, people out of our area coming here to stay have looked us up and booked for their stay aways. It's such a great platform for customers and suppliers, and customers can get quotes and choose who suits their needs best - what more could they want!
