For a comprehensive quote, it is important that all the basic information is provided. For example, a number of quotes don't take into consideration where the set up is taking place that electricity is not available. This means generators and fuel are required meaning this could affect the overall quote. Other key areas required would be the distance to travel, the type of equipment they require as with a Rodeo Bull this requires an operator, unlike a standard bouncy castle. As a former Physical Education Teacher, I hired some inflatables for an event at School. I was very impressed by how the event was organised and how it helped engage the students in a positive and fun way and at the same time providing a competitive element. I built up a good rapport with the business owner of the inflatable business and began to work part-time with the business and in the long term ended up buying the business and running it full time.

Please tell us about a booking you've had through Add to Event, how did it go? Would you recommend us to others?

I have had very positive experiences working alongside Add to Event and I am happy with the simplicity of the booking process and how the booking process helps provide a factual base for each individual booking. This, in turn, created a platform to help link the Customer and Business. I recall one booking where I was hired by Add to Event for an individual booking and I was impressed with their professionalism and attention to detail and how they always put the customers' interest first making sure they had a first-class experience and service.
