What do you need to know from an organiser in order to provide a comprehensive quote?

For us to provide the best quote possible we would need as much information as possible. The type of equipment they require. The venue start and finish times are the key points. We can then work on the location of the venue the type of surface they are going to be using. This helps us build a good picture of what the customer would be looking for so we can quote accordingly.

What advice would you give to a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

We have 5 main key points when looking to hire any equipment from us. Number 1 is valid public liability insurance. 2. a Safety test should be provided for all bouncy castles. 3. Check reviews from the supplier and all social media, this will say what type of company you will be hiring from. 4. Look at their setup photos check that safety is their no 1 priority and the castles are clean. 5 Check if the company has a valid Rpii operator and attendance certificate this shows their competence.

Please tell us a little bit about how and why you started the business.

Bounce any hire was created in 2014. Our main aim was to create an affordable bouncy castle for all budgets. We have children of our own so we know how expensive a child's party can get. We started off very small just one castle then built a great range of inflatables and soft play items. We also wanted to offer a great service to all our customers.

Please tell us about a booking you've had through Add to Event, how did it go? Would you recommend us to others?

We have had many bookings through this platform. Finding just one would not be easy however with most jobs we try to deliver a little early one lady commented that we had arrived at the venue before they did. We got the inflatable set up music playing through the disco speakers we provided and went through the safety requirements before leaving them with any equipment. We have also recommended this platform to another bouncy castle company. I believe they are still using it to this day and are very happy with the service just as we are at Bounce Any Hire.
