What do you need to know from an organiser in order to provide a comprehensive quote?

To provide a full quotation we ideally require the venue postcode and date along with set up and removal timings.
We can provide a battery pack for outdoor use where there is no power so we would need to know this too.
We provide custom built letters, some of which are built to order so please give us time to fulfil your request.

What advice would you give to a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

In our industry, you only get what you pay for. The cheapest is very rarely the best quality.
We hand build our products making sure that every time they leave us they are in tip-top condition and are PAT tested regularly.

Please tell us a little bit about how and why you started the business.

We started our business on the back of a wedding. We looked for bespoke initials in a rustic finish but couldn't find anyone that did anything other than Love - so we built them ourselves and the rest, as they say, is history.
Hand making them ourselves, we ensure that they are the sturdy and robust for any occasion.

Please tell us about a booking you've had through Add to Event, how did it go? Would you recommend us to others?

We had a 40th Birthday booked through Add to Event.
Not the closest venue but the host was really easy to deal with. Clear instructions on delivery and a really nice venue.
On collection, we even had cupcakes to take away!
