What do you need to know from an organiser in order to provide a comprehensive quote?
Every event is different but there are a few key details that all events have that we need before quoting. Event dates, location, venue, types of lighting wanted and ideally, some photos of the venue are some of the details we need to give you the best idea of price. The more information about the event and atmosphere you are trying to create, the better.
It isn't the end of the world if you don't know all this information though. We know that event planning can be a handful. We can help you through the process.
What advice would you give to a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

With over 6 years of experience in bringing your events and ideas to life, we are professionals within the sector. We see projects from the start of the planning phase, till the end of the event.
Whether it be a concert, festival, wedding, theatre, catwalk, conference or many other types of events we can offer the best technical support for what each individual client is looking for.
