What do you need to know from an organiser in order to provide a comprehensive quote?

To provide a comprehensive quote and to tailor the day to suit the client's needs, we need the following 1) Date, .2) Time, 3) Length of time needed, 4) Type of event, 5) Estimated number of guests, 6) Postcode/Venue and indoor/outdoor 7) Any other info that might be useful - ie if you are looking for Close Up Magic at a wedding for example and are planning on having some kids it may be a good idea to have a Children's Magic Show for them - which means they get to have a good time during the speeches and no one is running around so people can focus and listen, without interruptions to those giving the speeches,

What advice would you give to a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Ask what they can do for you to fit in with your plans and what is included in their services. Do they, for example, have a white rabbit, do they also do balloon modelling as part of the package. Do they have their own sound system and do they need anything from your side. Most importantly look at their recommendations and reviews as well as videos - you can also visit their websites or look on Google reviews for example.

Amigo's Magic has been entertaining children and adults for over 30yrs. Have performed in America, Australia, Japan, Korea and all over Europe. Please tell us about a booking you've had through Add to Event, how did it go? Would you recommend us to others?

I've had a couple of bookings through Add to Event. The first was a children's birthday party in Dulwich. The birthday girl was the star of the show and the white rabbit was a big hit with lots of selfies. I've also done a 30th Birthday - Close Up Parlour Show in Hyde Park. Wonderful reception and was told that my performance made her day. Lots of screaming and shouting in amazement and one person in the group said it was the best thing to have happened to him this year!!
