What do you need to know from an organiser in order to provide a comprehensive quote?

Ideally, we need the event date, the number of people to cater to, budget, location, is power supplied, timing.
Once information on the above is given, we can then go into more detail such as dietary requirements, such as providing customers who are gluten-free, dairy-free, vegan, vegetarian and halal only.
With all that information, we can then give a more detailed quote for the client.

What advice would you give to a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

I would say, you get what you pay for. We aren't the cheapest catering company around, but we aren't the most expensive.
But what we do pride ourselves on, is high-quality food every time.
When you are planning an event for the public, friends and family etc. The number one concern should be the quality of food. Not just from a hygiene viewpoint, but taste.
We come with a 5-star rating in our hygiene and we have only received positive reviews on our food.

Please tell us a little bit about how and why you started the business.

Our goal at LIL WATAN is to provide authentic Lebanese food to every person who has a forever craving for Lebanese food.
From the once tried, to the homesick Lebanese craving the authentic taste in every bite.
We offer the Lebanese soul to every person ready for a healthy culinary escape. We will make sure to warn newcomers of the eternal craving we are casting on them.
With that as our main goal, everything else was easy to figure out.

Please tell us about a booking you've had through Add to Event, how did it go? Would you recommend us to others?

As we are new to the company we haven't had bookings yet and with covid, opportunities are thin.
But we can see this is a great company to be part of and we are looking forward to getting that first booking and having the opportunity to show the UK our food.
We are confident that, once people take the leap with us, it will only be the start for us.
