What do you need to know from an organiser in order to provide a comprehensive quote?
To allow us to provide an accurate quote for a mobile bar, the following information is required: event date, the type of event, estimated number of guests, venue location, indoor or outdoor, if it is a cash bar, pre-paid drinks or both (budget per head if pre-paid) and if they require a TENS.
What advice would you give to a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
It is important to request as much information as possible from the provider including images to ensure that you are happy with the mobile bar set-up and display. I would recommend discussing your exact requirements with the provider over the phone or request a meeting in person to allow them to give you an accurate quote and understand your needs in greater detail.

Everything we do here at Montann has evolved from our desire to provide a luxurious English experience. Attention to detail and quality is imperative in our aim to satisfy the discerning palate.
Please tell us about a booking you've had through Add to Event, how did it go? Would you recommend us to others?
Since joining Add to Event we receive enquires for mobile bars on a daily basis. Within our first week, we secured our first event. This particular corporate event has opened the doors to additional bookings with the client. I could not recommend this platform enough to anyone in the hospitality and events industry!
