What advice would you give to a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Advice feels like a pushy way to talk to a client. So we ain't gonna do it!
All suppliers will want you to feel chilled and happy with their service, just finding the right fit for you is all you need.
If you are after something specific, get that on the table straight away, otherwise, go with a supplier that feels good, and have a ball!... if not next time look us up, we've got you.
Please tell us a little bit about how and why you started the business.
Tom and I are first, Set Designers, contracted to work across the UK as Event design specialists. With 12 years of events experience between us and extensive backgrounds in service, bartending, catering, festivals. We know, we have an unusual skill set; Not much good for anything else. But setting up a wicked party, and boozing up your nearest and dearest is something we do well.
Shaka Bars' are made to blow your guests away with immersive settings and atmospheres. Because we believe that life's events are worth going big!
Please tell us about a booking you've had through Add to Event, how did it go? Would you recommend us to others?
Our favourite booking this summer was a 21st Birthday. Organised on a weeks notice for a lovely African family, drinks were flowing, the whole day was effortless to staff and a joy to be a part of. We featured our colourful Cabana Bar with the clients' choice of three cocktails. All the guest were really impressed with their hosts choice to provide an open bar. Managed by two licenced bartenders, we kept the day vibes gently boozing, and soon the whole family was strutting in the dance marquee.
