For us to provide a fantastic day for our customer, ideally we need the event date, a brief explanation of the type of event they are hosting, the estimated number of guests, potential venue and whether it's an indoor or outdoor event. From this, we can use our experience and expertise to put together a suitable equipment list and design.

What advice would you give to a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Firstly, ask the provider about the service they are offering, I wouldn't want my hog roast served by someone who didn't know much about the trade. Ask the mobile bar provider about their stock. The only limitation should be whether, in their estimation, there might be too much waste for a request to be practical.

Please tell us a little bit about how and why you started the business.

Predator Bars is a partnership between four extremely experienced licensees. We are passionate about providing top quality and selling top quality drinks at all kinds of events. We love a good wedding, but equally, corporate events are our bread and butter throughout the year. If we get the opportunity to work outdoors, we love it, come rain or shine.

Please tell us about a booking you've had through Add to Event, how did it go? Would you recommend us to others?

Bookings for 2018 are growing a pace. August is nearly full and all of the other months are moving in that direction quickly. We even have a couple for 2019, already. Last year we supplied bars for a number of events and so decided to use Add to Event to promote the business this year, having established ourselves in the local market. It's going to be a busy season! Of course, we have all of last seasons regulars coming back again this year.
