What do you need to know from an organiser in order to provide a comprehensive quote?
For us to provide a comprehensive mobile bar quote we require the event date and time as well as the amount of guests. It's also good to know if they have any theme in mind, the occasion, the type of drinks they are looking for and amount per person and finally, if the bar will be paid in advance or if guests are paying themselves.
What advice would you give to a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
To have an open mind and ask for their advice in terms on drinks per person, types of drinks and how to fit it to the occasion or the theme.
Please tell us a little bit about how and why you started the business.
After working for several years for other people and organising their events I decided I wanted to have more control over the decision making processes and growth of a business. The best way to do that was by creating my own!
