What do you need to know from an organiser in order to provide a comprehensive quote?
For us to provide a comprehensive quote to a customer, ideally we need the event date, a brief explanation of the type of event they are hosting, the estimated number of guests, and potential venue, whether it's an indoor or outdoor event. If it's on public land, have you obtained permission?
What advice would you give to a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Firstly, check out the product they are offering, is it what you need? Is the menu broad enough to cover all tastes and diets? If there are allergies, make sure the menu is safe for you guests to eat.
Please tell us a little bit about how and why you started the business.
Real Grub Club was born out of a desire to eat healthy, chemical free food. This then led to wanting to introduce healthy organic food to people that have yet to taste it and for the people that like eating meat but think the animal is treated badly. The meat we use comes from 2 farmers that love all the animals the animals in their care.
Please tell us about a booking you've had through Add to Event, how did it go? Would you recommend us to others?
Our last booking was from a company requiring food for a small gathering for the day, everyone commented how delicious our burgers and bacon rolls were, plus the filtered coffee made a pleasant change.
