What do you need to know from an organiser in order to provide a comprehensive quote?

For Allsounds Roadshow to provide a comprehensive quote for your event, we first need the event date, we would need to know what you are celebrating, wedding, birthday, anniversary etc, the name and location of your chosen venue.

What advice would you give to a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Firstly, ask the operator about their product and what they offer, what's included in their quote. Ask them what kind of experience they have in the business. Ask the provider about their knowledge of music and are they able to take requests from your guests. Also, find out about their equipment, sound, lighting etc.

Allsounds Roadshow has been in the business for just over 30 years. We take great pride in every single booking we undertake. I have spent 3 decades as a DJ and running my mobile disco business. My passion has always been to help provide a great service to ensure a great time is had by all, helping to make sure you always ask Allsounds Roadshow back to help with any future event you may plan.

Please tell us about a booking you've had through Add to Event, how did it go? Would you recommend us to others?

Although I have been in the disco business for many years, I am still relatively new to the Add To Event team. I am hoping with the great reviews I have seen from other companies using their service, this will be a long lasting business relationship between myself and Add To Event.
