What do you need to know from an organiser in order to provide a comprehensive quote?

For us to provide you with an accurate quote, we will need the event date and time, the type, the estimated number of guests and the potential venue also whether it's an indoor or outdoor event. From this, we can use our experience and expertise to put together a suitable equipment list and design.

What advice would you give to a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

My advice to any customers looking for discos would be do not always go for the cheapest. I understand money could be tight. but what would you prefer to pay £60 for a DJ bargain for sure. but then on the night, you have your guests all there ready to party and he does not turn up and then you need a last minute DJ who will charge you the earth.

Please tell us a little bit about how and why you started the business.

Tadworth Discos was started by me, Steve L. I used to be a Radio/Club DJ, but around 5 years ago I did a little disco for my daughter 4th birthday and realised I wanted to venture into the disco scene. and 4 years later and 200+ events here I am. with a track library of over 44000 tracks and a beautiful setup. and a 1200w sound system to make your party the one to remember,
