To provide you with a comprehensive quote we require the following information:- the type of event that you are celebrating, the venue in which the event will be held & how many guests will be in attendance. This allows us to assess what equipment will be necessary, and how many staff will be required to create the perfect package for your celebration.

When hiring a service provider we suggest you ask for a full breakdown of the service that they provide. That they are not only qualified to carry out this service to a high standard but ultimately have a passion for what they do. Ask the provider about the products that they offer, and why they have chosen to serve these products in particular. Please tell us a little bit about how and why you started the business.

We are a family run business, based in the heart of East Sussex. Following 30 years working in hospitality & coordinating events across Kent and Sussex of every kind, from small romantic weddings to large charity events entertaining over 3,000 guests.
In 2018 we designed and built a Mobile Bar with a difference. Fully equipped to ensure every product could be served at the highest standard. A bar that was not only quick and simple to set up, but so versatile that would ultimately cater to the needs of everyone. 
We always take pride in everything that we do. Seeing our clients and their guests overwhelmed by the dedicated and unique service that we provide for their event, is what leads us to not only succeed but excel in this sector.

Please tell us about a booking you've had through Add to Event, how did it go? Would you recommend us to others?

Add to Event is an incredibly popular platform for all your event requirements. We have received a number of fantastic clients through them. Our most memorable being a grand summer ball for a large insurance company based in Surrey. There were 200 guests in attendance, on a glorious summers day in August. throughout the afternoon and into the evening, we served ice cold draught beers, gin a plenty, and seasonal cocktails dressed with sculpted fruits & edible flowers. We are delighted that they have asked us to return for both of their 2021 & 2022 grand summer balls.
