Not Just Gin is beautifully converted rice horsebox trailer that still has all its wonderful original quirky features, except it has been restored and modified into a multi-functional bar, suitable for a variety of events. Whilst retaining its iconic vintage design, this horsebox has been given a new lease of life and offers exceptionally rustic hospitality like no other!
This premium mobile bar based in East Sussex and specialises in serving local craft gins from Kent and Sussex. Partnering with unique suppliers means that no ounce of detail is lost in production and that their drinks menu is top quality – making this bar the perfect plus one for any event or special occasion!
Typical Clients
We provide a mobile bar service for all types of event. We specialise in locally sourced gins, however we also provide a full bar service to include beer, wine and soft drinks.

Lottie and her team were extremely helpful and really added to the success of the event.
Superb professional service!
Despite horrendous weather the team adapted well and our outside party moved inside. Great communication in the lead up, very professional on the day and just lovely people. Would definitely recommend to anyone thinking of hosting a party!

Wow! Such an amazing find!
Lottie was an absolute dream to deal with right from the beginning. Knowledgeable, and professional. She really and went out of her way to help with my slightly last-minute request! We had so many wonderful compliments on her beautiful horsebox at my client's wedding. It really was the jewel in the crown. She was also brilliant at sourcing some beautiful vintage martini glasses for the post-wedding breakfast Espresso Martinis! Looking forward to working with Not Just Gin very soon!
Gin bar plus
Lottie's gin bar elevated our simple village hall wedding to something far more glamorous than it otherwise would have been. Beautiful and boutique she set up the mobile horse box outside and lightening-quick everybody had an expresso cocktail in hand. The rest, I'm afraid, is rather a blur. However most notable for me was her attentiveness and professionalism before the event. Lottie was able to offer contacts, reccie the area and provide local, insider information that would otherwise have been inacessible to me living 50 miles away. Of all the suppliers I had exchanges with in the run-up to my DIY wedding she was quick to respond and always generous with her intel. And her staff were totally delightful. Would recommend without hesitation
