What do you need to know from an organiser in order to provide a comprehensive quote?
For a full personalised quote we need: Event Date // Bar Service Start & Finish times // Number of Guests // and Type of Bar Package, ie:

What advice would you give to a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Ask all your suppliers about hidden costs! We are proud to have no hidden costs within our packages and event planners can have peace of mind at their event knowing there will not be any last-minute or unexpected costs. Ask your supplier what they can offer! In the Mobile Bar industry, a cheaper price means the supplier has a cheaper cost! Which can mean limited equipment, a hidden set number of drinks, lack of backup stock, inexperienced/young staff etc.
Please tell us a little bit about how and why you started the business.
After attending many events and running my own I realised private event staff are often misfits of ranging experiences, and often are doing the work as a one off job. This was something I wanted to change as I believed events are very personal, therefore staff and service should represent the type of event. Therefore Henry's only works with dedicated full-time staff with tons of experience that run events on a full-time basis. As events are something to look forward to, we realise the pressure of creating the perfect day without any flaws. We don't want you to miss a step as much as you don't want to! That's why we are here to help you with every single detail!

Please tell us about a booking you've had through Add to Event, how did it go? Would you recommend us to others?
Through Add to Event we have secured many big clients such as MTV's Geordie Shore, ASDA, NEXT plc and much more! My favourite booking was for The Fragrance shop's big celebrity Christmas ball. There was massive PR around this event and its attendees. Henry's stepped in to make the event even better with our innovative and personalised ideas. Our team came up with the idea of edible flavoured cocktail sprays in perfume bottles! This meant guests could alter the taste of the themed cocktails to their preference and made for tons of social media videos that went viral. We did so many different innovative ideas for this client and to see all of our creations on celebrities, influencers and brands' stories, blogs and posts showed us the value in what we offer.
