Here they share their experience and some tips on what to provide in your quote request.
What do you need to know from an organiser in order to provide a comprehensive quote?
We make our pricing simple. We are happy to include all our services, set up, cash/pre-paid bar, experienced staff, drinks menu, alcohol licence and glassware of your choice if a minimum spend is taken over the bar on the day. If this happens, we will also refund your deposit. Provide us with your event date, potential venue, if you would like our services inside or outside and the estimated number of guests and we can give you confidence on how much it will cost.
What advice would you give to a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Tell us about you and why the event is happening. Ask us about our products, our people and why we are doing what we are doing. Ask us what type of menu we can provide. Check out reviews.
Please tell us a little bit about how and why you started the business.
We are passionate about making sure everyone has a good time. Nothing is too much trouble. We are a husband and wife duo that has over 30 years of experience in the hospitality business. We have an award-winning pub in Brighton and if you ask our customers what they love about the pub, its the service, quality of the food and drink and the staff. We love seeing people happy and enjoying what we provide which is why we extended our family to The Dog and Duck Mobile Bar.
