What do you need to know from an organiser in order to provide a comprehensive quote?

When providing information for a quote, it is best if you can give us details about the date of the event, a rough explanation of what the event is and your expected timeframes. If you can include information about location, venue, and whether or not it’s an indoor or outdoor event that would be brilliant!

What advice would you give to a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

It’s important to have a vision of what you’re looking for, when you’re looking for a photographer it’s imperative to find someone who has both their own style and is adaptable. What equipment are they using, what can they offer, do they offer additional services? What kind of timeframe do they offer on return of the photos? Knowing this information helps you to make an informed decision about who to book with, that’s why I include all of this information in my quotes.

Please tell us a little bit about how and why you started the business.

Antony Woolmer Photography and Video was started almost a decade ago from a passion of photography. After years of studying, practice, and fieldwork I found my passion to be in the weddings and events areas of the profession, which is why I now specialise in offering people a service they will remember at a price that they won't!

Please tell us about a booking you've had through Add to Event, how did it go? Would you recommend us to others?
