What do you need to know from an organiser in order to provide a comprehensive quote?

For me to provide a comprehensive quote to a customer I would ideally need the event date, the time they
would like food to be available to and from, the venue address and if it has access for a small trailer unit. The number of guests is also vital for an accurate quote.

What advice would you give to a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Ask people about the experience they have and how long they have been trading for. I would also make sure the food and hygiene certificates are up to date. Check on the quality of produce that they are using to make the wood-fired pizzas- is the food local produce?

I have a passion for food and have been working within the food Industry now for 13 years, from working with a local ice cream farm to selling organic fruit and veg with Riverford Organic. I have always been
100% focused on quality and making sure my presentation and service is perfect. My Italian background in pizza has been married into the Italian family - I know my pizzas and I know what tastes nice.
