Pizza Massimo is a traditional Italian Mobile Pizzeria using only the best flour and Italian mozzarella with fresh vegetables and herbs. They provide for most events with a theatre-style exhibition show (pizza acrobatic) if required too!
What do you need to know from an organiser in order to provide a comprehensive quote?
For us to provide a comprehensive quote to a customer, ideally we need the event date, a brief explanation of the type of event they are hosting, the estimated number of guests, and a potential venue, whether it's an indoor or outdoor event. From this, we can use our experience and expertise to put together a suitable equipment list and design.
What advice would you give to a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
At Pizza Massimo, we only use fresh produce from a Farmers Market and use high-quality flour and mozzarella from Italy. All baked in our wood-fired oven.
Please tell us a little bit about how and why you started the business.
I spent more than 22 years working in the Food industry: in restaurants, catering services, food markets. and mobile food vendors. My goals are to make people enjoy my food and create a very cosy atmosphere.
Please tell us about a booking you've had through Add to Event, how did it go? Would you recommend us to others?
I have had several great bookings through Add to Event with some really good reviews. People have commented on the pizza being great and being much quicker than the previous companies! The site is easy to use and helpful and I recommend Add to Event to catering friends.
