What do you need to know from an organiser in order to provide a comprehensive quote?
We have a trailer from where we serve Traditional Wood-Fired Pizzas & Beverages.
Ideally, we would like to know your theme, location, how many guests, food tolerances, duration of hire, access to power, height/width restrictions so we can provide a competitive price for your event.
What advice would you give to a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Firstly ask about the product and the provider's experience. Check out their website. Call them as it's always good to speak with someone. Ask how they would serve the food and how long it would take to serve the number of guests you have.
Please tell us a little bit about how and why you started the business.
The Mob Pizza & Bar is a smaller & wheeled version of what Rosario & I had in Scotland. Between us, we have over 20 years of restaurant/pizzeria experience & have spent many years perfecting our dough & making traditional Pizzas.
Our passion has always been to share our knowledge & serve flavoursome food made from fresh ingredients.

We are new to this platform & so far our experience has been great.
