They provide delicious handmade, wood-fired pizzas to you and your guests. It is a very individual vehicle that provides a country, rustic feel to your outdoor event, celebration, or festival.

What do you need to know from an organiser in order to provide a comprehensive quote?

From a potential customer, we need the date of the event, the time the my would like to eat, the address and postcode of the venue and ideally a contact on-site. This enables us to reach out to the venue and ensure that it is practical for us to be on-site where we have been requested and start building that very important team ethos to provide a seamless service

What advice would you give to a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Ask them what they need on-site so you know it is practical for them to attend. What time do they need to be on-site to prep, what the menu is and if they can be flexible for different tastes on the day ie swap ingredients for pizza toppings. Do they have menu boards and do they decorate their unit?

Please tell us a little bit about how and why you started the business.

I have an events management background and love being on-site at the heart of the events. We are a husband and wife team that really work well together and love building a rapport with customers. We are so proud of our very special Landrover and love the interest it creates at events

Please tell us about a booking you've had through Add to Event, how did it go? Would you recommend us to others?

From previous experience with our first catering van a few years ago as soon as we started the pizzas I knew this platform was the best one out there. We had an enquiry from a local pub that was having a reopening family day with bands and family entertainment and they wanted to close their kitchen for the day and have mobile caterers. We made contact with the manager via Add to Event and the process was so smooth we swapped numbers and had a few chats with him about their expectations and numbers etc. The day was fantastic it was so great to see families out and about enjoying an event again and the venue staff were all amazing g helping us get set up on the day. The feedback was amazing and we will definitely keep in touch and go back there what a fantastic well organised event.
