For this reason, in order to provide our clients with a comprehensive quote, we ideally require the event date, a brief explanation of the type of event they are hosting and the estimated number of guests. We also need an idea of the potential venue and whether it's an indoor or outdoor event. From this, we can use our experience and expertise to cater perfectly to our client's needs.
