For us to provide a comprehensive quote to a customer, ideally we need the event date, a quick explanation of the event they will be hosting, number of guests, and venue, from this we are able to provide the correct amount of staff, and equipment list.

What advice would you give to a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Ask for their hygiene rating, questions about where the food is sourced and why they decide to use them. Check the menu offered and prices.

I have always enjoyed working with food and giving people an unforgettable experience so I decided to set up on my own.
