What do you need to know from an organiser in order to provide a comprehensive quote?
For us to provide a quote we need the location, type of event i.e. wedding, party, corporate event, type of drink required and for how many people. We take care of the electrics, glasses and service.
What advice would you give to a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
What added extras are there to make it special? We provide personal touches such as colour matching, branding and bespoke drinks menu's. It is worth asking if the company is a member of a regulator, we are members of NCASS so customers know that we have the correct risk assessments in place and experts to advise us before an event.
Please tell us a little bit about how and why you started the business.
Nelson + Pops was born for a love of luxury, exquisite service and the growing demand for Prosecco. The van was lovingly renovated by owner James over the course of a few years and now it is finished, it's our pride and joy. We want to use it to make events and wedding days that little bit more special.
