What do you need to know from an organiser in order to provide a comprehensive quote?
To provide you with a quote we will need to know the postcode of the location of where your event will be held. Also we will need date and required start time.
What advice would you give to a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Please when choosing a company in our type of business, make sure the company is fully insured and staff are enhanced DBS checked.
We ask for a £50 deposit to secure your date and I would be concerned if a company did not require a deposit as if you have paid no money they are not contracted to provide anything so you could be let down.
And finally make sure the equipment is safety tested annually and a good company will be happy to send copy's of these.
Please tell us a little bit about how and why you started the business.
We started little legs as we have six children of our own and know how much it means to a parent to put a smile on your child's faces on there birthday.
All kids love buses and softplay they go together like peas and carrots.
Best of all we wanted to take the stress and pressure off parents and will bring the party to you.
